The hotel is conveniently located near the tram stop, only around 20 minutes from both the city center and the charming town nearby.

The hotel was luxury, and we got a well-appointed room. The service was all in all excellent. The location was peaceful there, in the Fiesole hills overlooking Florence.

This place is super clean and the staff is genuinely helpful. the superior double room really impressed me. the bathroom is huge and has a tub for relaxing 🛁.

It was surely a special stay of the best holidays I have had with my best friend. The entire hotel was perfectly clean and the room was great-sized and well-appointed. The location was stunning and incredible, right by a lovely garden in the hills high above Florence, and the attractions of Florence, in a special area.

The rooms were well-appointed and clean, with enough space. My room had a flat-screen TV with cable, climate control, and a personal safe. the hotel's location was breathtaking, easily accessible by tram. I also visited the Branson Craft Mall, just a short stroll away from the hotel.

The staff was very friendly and attentive. I had a very comfortable stay. They gave me a double room with a wonderful view. the hotel has a lovely garden and terraces.

The breakfast was top-notch and the views were simply stunning. Having a room with such a beautiful view was a real treat! 🌅.

The hotel, located in the cool hills above Florence, offered stunning views of the city. The facilities, including the heated pool and terrace, were top-notch. The transportation service provided by the hotel's shuttle was a huge plus, making it convenient to explore the area. The staff were extremely helpful and welcoming, ensuring a pleasant stay.

The breakfast and dinner on the terrace had stunning views. The quail dish was outstanding. They have a good wine selection. The front facade of the building and the views of Florence are beautiful. The pool and terrace are spacious and have great views. The staff provided excellent service.

Furthermore, the private facilities were exclusive, including a manicure/pedicure salon and treatment room.

It is approximately a 20-30 minute taxi ride from the airport, making it easily accessible. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, and the staff provides excellent service. The breakfast served on the open terrace overlooking Florence is a wonderful way to start the day. The hotel also features a pool area with beautiful views and outdoor drink areas to relax in.

One negative aspect of the hotel is the high prices charged for basic food and drinks.

My partner and I had an incredible city break and stayed in a charming property nestled in the Tuscan hills. We were surprised with a complimentary room upgrade and a complementary bottle of prosecco in our room. The highlight of our stay was the amazing view of the city's skyline at night, one of the best we have ever seen. The staff was incredibly friendly and provided us with recommendations on how to explore the nearby attractions.

The only downside was the high prices of the hotel restaurant. Though the food was tasty, it didn't match the price point, and we expected better value for money.
